Multifunctional
Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is a combination inverter and charger. It can also accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. This elegant solution offers numerous features such as a true sine wave inverter, an adaptive charging function, Hybrid PowerAssist technology and several options for system integration: for example, three-phase or split-phase operation as well as parallel operation.
Two AC inputs & two AC outputs
The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources: for example, shore power and a generator, or even two generators. The Quattro automatically connects to the active source. The main output ensures uninterrupted operation. If there is a power failure or the connection to shore or generator power is interrupted, the Quattro takes over the supply of the connected consumers. The switchover is so fast (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is guaranteed. The second output only supplies power if AC is available at one of the Quattro's inputs. Consumers that must not discharge the battery, such as an air conditioner or a water heater, can be connected to this output.
Unique PowerAssist feature
The Quattro prevents a limited AC power source such as a generator or shore power connection from becoming overloaded. First, it automatically reduces the charging of the battery to protect against overload. Next, the output of a generator or shore power supply is boosted with energy from the battery.
Virtually unlimited power through parallel connection
Up to six Quattros can be connected in parallel if high power requirements are required. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please refer to our data sheets to find out which models are suitable for parallel operation, three-phase and split-phase operation.
remote monitoring and control
In conjunction with a GX device (e.g.Cerbo GX) you can use the free VRM app andFree VRM portalWebsite to monitor and control your Quattro and the system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely over the Internet from anywhere in the world. Access is possible via a phone, tablet, laptop or PC running a variety of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Quattro to automatically starting a backup generator and more..."
