The estimated delivery times for our shipping methods are as follows:
1) Parcel Shipping:
- Delivery time within Austria: 3-5 business days
- Delivery time within the EU: 5-10 business days
This timeframe begins once your order is shipped and applies to deliveries on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
2) Freight Shipping:
- Delivery time within Austria: 5-7 business days
- Delivery time within the EU: 7-14 business days
Freight shipping is typically used for larger or heavier items. The delivery time begins once your order is shipped and applies to business days.
3) Order with Transport Quote:
- Delivery time within Austria: 5-7 business days
- Delivery time within the EU: 7-14 business days
Transport quotes are generally required for freight shipments, as costs vary by destination country, weight, and classification.
Note: The delivery times stated in our shop are estimates and may vary due to supply chain issues or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by such circumstances. For urgent orders, we recommend confirming the delivery time in advance by phone or email. We strive to deliver sooner than the stated timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Digital content is available immediately after purchase, provided payment has been successfully completed. Please note that access to digital content cannot be revoked once the download has started.

Digital content is delivered free of charge, without any additional shipping costs.
