SOLARA adhesive set Fix Pack

Tested and safe bonding

The ABS special adhesive set SOLARA FIX PACK is specially developed for the SOLARA ABS retaining spoilers and roof ducts, aluminum spoilers and aluminum retaining angles, as well as for bonding the SOLARA M and Power M series.

The one-component adhesive used is a pure MS polymer, isocyanate-free and therefore absolutely non-toxic.

The properties

• Ideal for bonding plastics such as ABS and aluminum to painted surfaces
• An integral part of the SOLARA complete sets

Scope of delivery:Cartridge 290 ml, primer (decavator), cleaning cloth and sanding pad

Application

1. Preparation of the surface:

Carefully clean the surface to be bonded with the enclosed cleaning cloth to completely remove grease, dirt and dust. Then lightly roughen the surface with the sanding pad to enable better adhesion of the adhesive.

2. Applying the primer:

Apply a thin coat of the included primer (decavator) to the prepared surface and allow it to dry for about 10 minutes.

3. Apply glue:

Spread the 1K MS polymer adhesive evenly on the back of the solar module. Make sure that the adhesive is applied thick enough to cover the entire surface.

4. Assembly:

Place the solar module on the prepared surface and press firmly into place. If necessary, weights or clamps can be used to securely hold the module in place while it cures.

5. Curing time:

Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before the module can be fully loaded.
