Oyster Yachts put me in touch with Tino and his team at Sailing Tide. And Tino's customer service was off the chart. Shipping a specialty clothes washing machine to the island of Antigua, in the Caribbean, is no small task. And Sailing Tide made it seamless on our side. One minute we were wiring funds, the next the shipment arrived via DHL as promised. We were so impressed. And I'll add that I wish we knew about these guys when we were cruising the Med. I was so in need of a competent vendor who could ship rare parts to far off spots. We would, and are, recommending Sailing Tide wholeheartedly.

Ich habe mit Tino Kontakt aufgenommen und ihm mein Vorhaben vorgestellt. Es ging darum ein Expeditionsmobil autark vom Strom zu machen und damit mit 4 Induktionsfeldern gleichzeitig kochen zu können.
Er hat dann den Plan entworfen, das benötigte Material besorgt und kam dann mit seinem Kollegen Leo zu mir um den Plan umzusetzen.
Beide haben einen super Job gemacht und ich bin vollstens zufrieden und begeistert.

Der Anker selber ist meiner Meinung nach va. für die Adria am besten geeignet. Da kommen die Kopien nicht heran, obwohl sie grundsätzlich auch sehr gut sind. Diesmal war der Anker in Ordnung, die 2 vorhergehenden waren es nicht. Support von SPADE könnte auch besser sein. Da ist wiederum die Konkurrenz besser.
Das war mein erster EInkauf bei Sailing-Tide: Sie sind sehr professionell, nett und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es kaum, ich komme gerne wieder. Sie sind sehr empfehlenswert!

This is an easy to mount shunt. It's settings are understandable and easy to change in the victron application for a mobil. To connect your mobile application to the shunt via bluetooth look for the key on a small peace of sticker found on the hardware itself.
